Standard Features

1. STURDY GALVANIZED STEEL FRAMING

Our frames are made from Hot Galvanized steel, which is pre-punched and pre-drilled for easy installation. It comes with full-end wall framing for mounting equipment. Rust-free for life.

2. Total Blackout Light Deprivation Curtains

Proprietary pull-pull cable-driven design with seamless meeting points at aluminum seal angles to provide a more reliable blackout than rack & pinion systems. Uses the industry’s best Dutch Ridder motors & triple-layer blackout fabric to provide a long life to the system.

3. Plastic Film or Polycarbonate Sheet Covering

Use Plastic Film or Polycarbonate Sheet Covering in Sides and Tops. End walls clad in an insulation sheet below the blackout curtain, with clear above the curtain. This provides additional security and insulation for your greenhouse.

4. Cooling System: Cooling Pad

The cooling system of our greenhouse utilizes the principle of evaporative cooling to regulate the internal temperature. Our specially designed cooling pads ensure uniform water distribution across the entire surface, maximizing efficiency. As air flows through the cooling pads, it undergoes a heat exchange process with the water vapor on the pad’s surface, effectively lowering the air temperature and increasing humidity. This method provides optimal climate control for your crops, enhancing growth and productivity.

Our exhaust fan is engineered for maximum efficiency, utilizing a robust hot-dip galvanized steel frame and durable stainless steel fan blades for long-lasting performance. Designed to operate quietly and efficiently, this exhaust fan helps prevent heat buildup while enhancing overall climate regulation.

5. Ventilation System

The ventilation system is essential for maintaining optimal growing conditions by facilitating efficient gas exchange between the greenhouse interior and the external environment. This system plays a key role in regulating temperature, humidity, and CO2 levels within the greenhouse, ensuring a conducive atmosphere for plant growth.

Depending on your specific planting requirements, you can choose between side ventilation or top ventilation systems. We offer two types of ventilation options:

  • Manual Ventilation System: Ideal for smaller operations or environments where operator control is preferred.
  • Electric Ventilation System: Designed for larger-scale operations, providing automated, efficient, and consistent airflow management.

Both systems are engineered to maintain ideal internal conditions, optimizing the growing environment while enhancing plant health and productivity.
